From Q2 2025 to Q2 2026, the Oʻahu rental market remained relatively stable, with mixed performance across unit types. Studio units saw a slight 0.78% decline in leasing activity, while median rent increased by 4.48% and median days on market rose by 23.53%. One-bedroom units posted the strongest leasing gains, with units rented up 4.88%, although median rent decreased by 2.33% and days on market fell by 18.92%, indicating faster leasing activity. Two-bedroom units experienced a modest 0.58% decline in units rented, while median rent increased by 3.85% and days on market rose slightly by 5.71%. Three-bedroom units saw a 2.17% decrease in units rented, accompanied by a 6.07% increase in median rent and a 9.09% decline in days on market, suggesting improved leasing efficiency. Four-bedroom and larger units recorded a 20.00% decline in leasing activity, while median rent increased by 6.63%; however, days on market rose by 16.00%, indicating a slower pace of leasing in this segment. Overall, the data reflects stable rental demand across most unit types, with continued rent growth in several segments and the strongest leasing activity occurring in the one-bedroom market.
